A visit to Milwaukee is not complete until you've strolled the Milwaukee RiverWalk! This FREE public amenity is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with access points located throughout the system. Spanning more than 20 blocks along the Milwaukee River, the RiverWalk winds through the heart of the city, tying together various riverfront neighborhoods, from the historic Third Ward to Brewers Hill and beyond.

The RiverWalk is a unique, urban walkway that gives you a great opportunity to discover Milwaukee. The RiverWalk contains public art, helpful directional signs and hosts several of Milwaukee's annual events. During your walk you'll find bars, restaurants, boat tours, public parks and riverside residential areas.
